All deliveries by Geert Ooms to the customer are made on the basis of the general terms and conditions of sale and delivery. These form the basis of all offers and agreements between Geert Ooms and the customer and apply for the entire duration of the business relationship.
Conditions of the buyer that conflict with or deviate therefrom will only apply if Geert Ooms has accepted them in writing. Goods remain the property of Geert Ooms until full payment.
